Even the building materials used to make the house are the result of technology.

Houses in more desirable locations tend to be more expensive than houses in less desirable locations. Houses with technological advancements and improvements offer convenience. Convenience comes at a price. Therefore, houses that come with technological advancements will be more expensive than houses with little or no technological advancement.
